ABOUT BRAG RAGS DIGITIZING

Wow, what a great journey we're having! We're settling in well in our new home on Vancouver Island (couldn't ask for a more beautiful area to live). We've finally started taking on a few new clients, now that we have the room to make sure we can meet all their digitizing needs.
It's rare to find such a mutual respect and sincere appreciation in the business world, but our clients are absolutely wonderful to work with. We always get a smile when we hear how much their customers loved their new embroidery.
For Lisa, embroidery has been a life long love. "When I was five, my grandmother taught me so many things, including hand embroidery. I've carried that enjoyment and passion throughout my life. Step in Digitizing! It's thrilling being able to work with so many logos and art. I feel so proud helping our clients to really give their customers something special in each sewout. I love this business."
Bill is a published author, retired actor (21 years in the industry), and brings an added flair with his own special talents: "What can I say -- I am a proud geek!" Yes, it's been a long time since wearing his pocket protector everywhere in high school [the ultra-elite, double rowed, super cool version... at least that's how he remembers it]. With over 34 years of computer experience, he'll be working on the bells and whistles for our website.
Communication is a key part of our success. "We take so much pride in knowing our clients can always depend on us. We believe it's important that they always feel at ease calling us at any step of the digitizing process" Lisa explains.
The Brag Rags website will slowly grow, and include many special options for all our clients (and even embroidery guests.) One step will be providing an online file retrieval system, as well as a forum board with some additional sections restricted for our clients' uses only."We want to provide an easy way for clients to reach us, even when they're away from their office or store."
Bill adds, "it will all take time to build, but I'm sure our clients will really enjoy some of the tools we plan to include on the site. We're both perfectionists in our own ways; which is one of the reasons we work well together, and also why so many of our clients have come to rely on our skills to deliver them a consistently solid product quality."
We hope you'll keep checking in as the Brag Rags site progresses. We'll be posting more in these sections as we have more news and updates, and we also hope to share some photos and material from our support staff (the furry variety of helpers).
Best Wishes,
Lisa & Bill
